Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within 7 days. We will be happy to refund or exchange them for another product. For hygiene reasons no refund is available on french fit (pierced) earrings or body jewellery. Please keep the original packing in which they were sent to you. We recommend that when returning parcels you use delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning for your own protection. Items returned to us damaged or lost will not be credited. When returning goods please remember to include name and address and if applicable an e-mail address.
